Welcome and my mission statement

I decided to start this blog because I saw a need. A need for encouragement to us work-away-from-home wives. I love reading blogs, and I really love learning all about homemaking. I find it so rewarding to be a good wife and homemaker.However there isn't a lot out there pertaining to work-away-from-home wives. So that is the main focus of this blog. I want to journal my ups and my downs in my life as a homemaker and wife. I want to be accountable for my goals.  I want to bring honor and praise to God and be a helpmeet to my husband. I know that I am adding even more to my already filled plate,  as a wife,employee, and a step mom. But this is going to be great!
